About Us — Get to Know Rojak99, Malaysia's Preferred Online Entertainment Platform

The Story Behind Rojak99

The name Rojak99 may sound simple, but behind it is a story that began with a deep understanding of what Malaysian users want and enjoy. We know Malaysians love variety — one day it's Liga Super football, the next it's following Lee Zii Jia at a badminton tournament, and in between there's slots to play or a Live Casino baccarat table to sit at. All of this on one platform? That was Rojak99's original dream — and it's what we build towards every day.

This platform was built by a team of people who understand Malaysia's entertainment culture from the inside out. Not just developers who know code and technology, but genuine fans — the kind who support JDT every matchday, who watch every Thomas Cup tie with their hearts pounding, and who know exactly how good it feels when a slots jackpot hits at the most unexpected moment. That lived experience is what sets Rojak99 apart from the many platforms that simply copy a formula without ever grasping the local context.

What We Offer

Rojak99 is a comprehensive online entertainment platform. On the sports side, we offer betting on over 35 sports types with more than 5,000 markets daily — covering the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, NBA, Grand Slam tennis, MotoGP, boxing, and more. Every match comes with real-time updated odds, in-play live betting options, and a flexible cash out feature.

For casino enthusiasts, Rojak99 offers over 200 Live Casino tables with live dealers on duty 24 hours a day — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, and casino poker. All tables are powered by world-class providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and Playtech. HD streaming quality, real-time dealer interaction, and a genuine casino atmosphere — all from your phone screen.

The slots section offers over 1,000 titles from leading providers such as Pragmatic Play, Habanero, PG Soft, and more — from classic three-reel slots to modern video slots with billion-ringgit progressive jackpots. E-sports is well covered too, with tournaments across Mobile Legends Bang Bang, CS2, Dota 2, and Valorant for Malaysia's younger generation active in the competitive gaming scene.

Security & Trust — Rojak99's Top Priority

In the world of online entertainment, trust is the most valuable currency. Rojak99 understands this completely. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all members' personal and financial data. Every transaction is processed through secure channels and regularly audited by independent third parties.

We also ensure that all games offered — whether slots, casino, or e-sports — use a certified and audited random number generation (RNG) system. This means every game outcome is completely random and fair, with zero manipulation. Players can take part with full confidence that their odds are exactly as stated by each game's RTP value.

Rojak99 also operates under a valid licence and complies with all applicable licensing regulations. We carry out strict age verification to ensure the platform is only accessible to users aged 18 and above — not just a legal requirement, but a moral responsibility we hold as a platform that genuinely cares.

Malaysia-Friendly Payment Methods

One thing we've taken seriously from the very beginning is making sure the payment methods available at Rojak99 are genuinely relevant and convenient for Malaysian users. There's no point having a great platform if depositing and withdrawing becomes a hassle.

That's why Rojak99 supports all the popular digital payment methods in Malaysia — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay and DuitNow for instant deposits within minutes. For users who prefer internet banking, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks also available. Minimum deposit is just RM 10, and withdrawal of winnings is processed within 15 minutes — not an empty promise, but our daily operational commitment.

Responsible Gaming — A Core Part of Rojak99's DNA

We believe that good entertainment must be responsible entertainment. Rojak99 provides a range of self-control tools including daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, and self-exclusion options to help members play within healthy boundaries. Our customer support team is also trained to recognise signs of problem behaviour and provide appropriate guidance.

We encourage all Rojak99 members to understand that online entertainment is a leisure activity, not a source of income. Betting or playing at a casino should add enjoyment to your daily life — not become a source of stress or financial difficulty. If you or someone you know needs help, visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact our 24/7 support team, always ready to help.

Customer Support That Actually Helps

No platform is perfect — technical issues happen, account questions come up, and sometimes you just need someone who truly gets your situation. Rojak99's support team is made up of Malaysians who are fluent in Bahasa Melayu and understand the local context. These aren't agents reading from a script — they're real people who genuinely want to help you resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via in-platform live chat, email at support@rojak99.click, and WhatsApp. Our average live chat response time is under two minutes — we know your time is valuable and we don't want you waiting around, even for a simple question.
